Fees based on 2 adult occupancy, children under 18 are no charge with adult.  Each additional guest will be charged $15.00 per night.

We reserve the right to refuse accommodations to those under the age of 25 without adult supervision.

  Check-in time 4:00 p.m. CST
  Check-out time on Sunday is 2:30 p.m. CST
  Check-out time for weekly rentals is 12:00 noon CST

Reservations, Payment & Security Deposit
All reservations require a down-payment of $200.00 to secure date and cottage.  Payment in full (remaining balance + $200.00 security deposit) is due 10 days prior to arrival date.  We accept personal checks or money orders.  Security deposit will be returned in full within 21 days of departure date provided there has been no property damage beyond normal wear & tear or the need for excessive cleaning.   Please make check payable to "The Pope Place" and mail to The Pope Place, 1145 Indian Trail, Hinsdale, IL  60521.

Cancellations 

In the event of a cancellation more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund 100% of your deposit.  If cancellation is less than 30 days from arrival, full deposit is only refunded provided we find another renter.
 

Phone Service

For peace and quietude, there are no phones located in the cottage.  Cellular phones are suggested if you need phone service.
